Description: Users log into the 5bib system using their created account or Google account to use system features (purchase tickets, register, check-in, etc.).
Step 1: Visit the website: 5bib.com.
Step 2: Click the [Login] button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Enter your username and password, then click [Login].
Or log in with Google by:
Step 1: Select [Login with Google].
Step 2: Choose your Google account or an available account.
Step 3: Click [Continue] to complete the login.
Logout on the Web
Description: Users can choose to log out of their account to log in to another account.
Step 1: Hover over the avatar in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select [Logout] at the top right corner of the screen.
Register an Account on the Web
Description: Users register an account on the system by entering information (email, full name, password) and then use the account to log in and use system features (purchase tickets, register, check-in, etc.).
Step 1: Visit the website: 5bib.com.
Step 2: Click the [Register] button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Enter the required information: full name, email address, password, etc.
Step 4: After entering the information and agreeing to the terms of service and data privacy policy, click [Register].
Step 5: Check the registered email inbox; the system will send an account activation email.
Step 6: Open the activation email, then click the [Activate Account] button.
Step 7: The system will send a successful account activation email to the registered email inbox.
Step 8: Return to the 5bib.com website and [Login] with the newly registered account.
Forgot Password on the Web
Description: If users forget their password, they select "Forgot Password" and enter their email (username), then the system will send an OTP to their email. Users enter the OTP from the email and set a new password, then use this password to log in.
Step 1: Visit the website: 5bib.com.
Step 2: On the login screen, select [Forgot Password] and enter your username, then click [Reset Password].
Step 3: Enter the OTP sent to your email and set a new password, confirm the new password, then click [Reset Password].
Step 4: After successfully updating the password, click [Return to Login] to log in to the 5bib.com website.
Login on the App

3. Logout on the App
Description: Users can choose to log out of the account to log in to another account.
Step 1: Access User Information.
Step 2: Select [Logout] at the bottom of the screen.
Register an Account on the App

Step 1: Enter basic information to set up an account such as full name, email address, password, etc.
Step 2: After entering the information and agreeing to the terms of service and data privacy policy, click [Register].
Step 3: After registering and activating your account via email, return to log in with the newly registered account.
Forgot Password on the App

Step 2: Select [Login].
Step 3: Select [Login with Google].
Step 4: Choose your Google account or an available account.
