Check-in

The check-in process will open one week before the event, and an email will be sent to users (if tickets were purchased through the system or registered if tickets were purchased through a third party).

You can check in on both the 5bib.com website and the 5BIB app.

Note: After check-in, information cannot be changed.

1. Check-in on the We

Step 1: Visit the website 5bib.com and log in.

Step 2: Hover over the avatar in the top right corner of the screen, then click on [Ticket List].

Step 3: Select the ticket awaiting confirmation (sign waiver), then click on [Sign Waiver].

Step 4: Confirm the registered information and click [Confirm] to continue.

 

Step 5: Read the terms of the agreement carefully and agree to them. Use a mouse/finger/stylus to sign. Select [Save Signature], then [Confirm] to complete.

Step 6: Return to the screen and check your QR code.

2. Check-in trên ứng dụng 5BIB

Bước 1: Tại màn hình tab [Trang chủ] chọn nút như hình để xem danh sách vé sở hữu
Bước 2: Trong danh sách vé đang sở hữu bấm chọn [Ký Miễn trừ] vé muốn check in

    

Bước 3: Khách hàng xác nhận thông tin đã được ghi danh, bấm [Xác nhận] để tiếp tục

Bước 4: Khách hàng đọc kỹ điều khoản trong cam kết và chọn đồng ý. Sử dụng chuột/ngón tay/bút cảm ứng để ký. Chọn [Lưu chữ ký] sau đó chọn [Xác nhận] để hoàn thành

    

Bước 5: Quay lại ứng dụng và kiểm tra mã QR của bạn
